Inka turns your words and photos into designs using AI, and prints the one you choose on real products — shirts, hoodies, mugs, totes, caps, posters, phone cases — made to order and shipped to you. By using Inka you agree to these terms.

You keep the rights to what you upload, and you must actually have them: only upload photos you own or are allowed to use, and only request designs that don't infringe someone else's trademarks, copyrights, or likeness. Our safety systems may adjust or decline requests that name real brands or real people — what we print has to be original.

The designs generated for you are yours to enjoy on the products you buy. You give us the permission we need to operate: storing your prompts, photos and designs, processing them with our AI providers, and reproducing your design to print and ship your order.

Don't use Inka to create content that's illegal, hateful, or intended to harm — those requests get declined, and repeated abuse gets rate-limited or blocked.

Prices are shown before you buy; shipping is a flat rate shown in the cart, free over $50. Payment is processed by Stripe on their hosted checkout. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds, and you'll get a confirmation email with an order number you can use on the Track order page.

Every item is printed just for you when you order it — nobody else can buy your design, and we can't restock it. That's why returns work differently than at a regular shop:

If we got it wrong — the print is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item or size versus what you ordered — email hello@inka.me within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace it or refund you, our choice of first remedy being a free replacement. That's a promise.

If the design just isn't loved anymore — made-to-order items can't be returned for change of mind. What you saw in the preview is what we print, so take a good look before checkout.

If an order hasn't shipped yet and you need to cancel or fix an address, email us immediately — we can usually catch it before printing starts, but can't guarantee it.

Everything is made to order, so allow a few days of production before shipping. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. You'll get tracking by email when your order ships. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Inka is provided as-is. AI generation is creative by nature: results vary, and a preview is exactly what will be printed — we don't retouch beyond our own print-quality checks. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, and may decline service to anyone abusing the platform (scripting, scraping, bulk generation, resale of the generation service).

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to it.
